试剂：二氯甲烷、丙酮、甲醇、无水硫酸钠（订货号：ECSS50K）

萃取柱：Enviro-Clean 通用型C18萃取柱（订货号：ECUNIC18）萃取柱的预处理：将10ml二氯甲烷注入萃取柱，浸润约1.5分钟后，使其通过柱子流出。

然后向萃取柱中加10ml丙酮，同样浸润约1.5分钟，使其通过柱子流出。萃取柱在负压下用空气干燥几秒钟。然后向柱中加入约10ml甲醇，浸润约1.5分钟。从现在起到加入样品的过程中不可以让柱变干，使甲醇通过柱子流出，剩余部分以刚好浸没填料为准。有机氯杀虫剂（固相萃取液相法）       有机氯杀虫剂的提取

再加入约20ml去离子水，使大部分水通过柱子流出，以不让吸附剂变干为准。
样品加入：用浓硫酸(大约每升30滴)将样品的PH值调到2，不要用PH纸来测量去离子水的PH值，这样误差会很大。有机氯杀虫剂的提取  向样品加入5ml甲醇(可选)和一些替代物质，混匀。在负压下把样品加入柱子顶端，样品在15-20分钟通过柱子是理想的，并让柱子在真空下干燥10分钟。

提取物洗脱：在柱子下放置接收管或是收集小瓶。在样品瓶中加入10ml丙酮收集剩余物质，然后注入柱中，使溶液浸润一分钟后，将丙酮抽入收集装置中，用10ml的二氯甲烷重复此步骤两次，将提取物通过无水硫酸钠干燥。

用二氯甲烷仔细清洗收集装置并将溶液加入无水硫酸钠干燥。
富集和分析：小心地浓缩提取物，必要时可以更换溶剂。
注意：大部分的提取误差是由条件比较差的浓缩设备引起的。Enviro-Clean通用型C18萃取柱可用于标准真空歧管(#VMFF-016GL)、标准固相萃取圆盘(#EUCTVAC6)和转换器（#ECUCTADP）。在干燥和振荡时移动柱子或是在
柱底开孔引出湿气都可以加快干燥的速度。干燥次数应适当以使柱子不要太干，不然重现性会变差。
