Performance and Features:
XFG42-III repair system is a comprehensive battery processing apparatus integrated with charging, repairing, discharging and activating functions. This 42-way rackmount recovery system can treat 42 12V/5-200AH lead acid batteries at once, performing capacity test and multiple repair services, especially suitable for the maintenance and recovery of lead-acid batteries for various electric bicycles, having obvious effects on prolonging battery service life.
The installation and operation of this instrument is very simple and intuitive. Recovery parameters can be customized as needed to meet specific demands of various failures and batteries of different types and specifications. The instrument features a modularized structure which makes maintenance a lot easier. All modules are independent of each other; even if malfunctions are present in some modules, others can still function quite normally. It is also fully equipped with various safety protection devices, which ensure that no damage would be made on the instrument in the event of output short circuit and/or reverse connection. Over current and over voltage would not happen during the operation. Main functions as follows: 1. Capacity test: This system can be used for various 12V batteries. Final discharge voltage is 10.5V. Each way is at 5A/10A constant current discharge, and battery capacity can be measured accurately. Large current discharge can be achieved by means of parallel connection of multiple ways to increase the discharge test current. No external power supply is needed for capacity test. 2. Charge (Ordinary / Water Replenish) The system has maintenance and repair functions such as equalize charge and water replenish with chemical composition. The voltage and current will adjust automatically during the charging process. 3. Maintenance: The system adopts high frequency pulse desulfurization technique, which has an excellent non-destructive recovery effect on batteries with a sulfurized negative plate. XFG68 system features two kinds of maintenance output: 1) non-adjustable current output, suitable for desulfurization of batteries below 14AH; 2) adjustable current output, maintenance current adjustable during operation, especially applicable to batteries of various capacities and specs. 4. Activation repair: Use pulse large current (maximum peak up to 200A) to conduct special activation treatment on batteries, and this technique can significantly increase the capacity of batteries with a softened positive plate. As the activation output pulse current is relatively large, it can be used for the charge and maintenance of batteries with a capacity larger than 24AH.
