成鞋刚性测试仪( Shoe Stiffness Tester )

本机台用於测试成品鞋-法国鞋39码、42码，和英国鞋6号、8号的耐抗弯性。将夹具夹持鞋的前部(确认鞋的前掌1/3处，位於转轴位置)，马达启动後带动皮带轮，使转轴驱动转板以100mm/min之速度向鞋施加30N的力量进行测试。转轴处装有译码器，感应转板转动之角度，透过显示器显示该值

This tester is used to measure resistance bending to France shoe 39 yards, 42yards,and the British shoe NO.6, NO.8. With fixture to clamp the front of shoe ( comfirming to 1/3 of half sole of shoe, located to shaft location ), after motor launching, driving to pulley, to make shaft drive the turning board at 100mm/min to impose the strength of 30N to shoes in oder to do test. Equipping with a decoder on shaft, and inducting angle speed of turning board, showing the value through the display
