Operation

l        Open the electrode (then turn-on the power supply).

l        Insert the electrode in the measured object. Read display value. It is display ‘E00’when the temperature of measured object more or less than measured range.

l        It is turn off automatically without working in 45 min

Functions of buttons

● [ ON/OFF ] button：ON/OFF

l        [ HOLD ] button：keep the display value, easy read

l        [℃/℉] button：switch between℃/℉display mode

l        [max/min] button：memory button to see the maximum temperature reading.

Remark：

l        Installing And Replacing The Battery

l        The thermometer users one battery (AG13)

l        Follow these steps to install or replace the battery:

l        Open the battery cover, behind the stand.

l        Insert the battery as indicated by the polarity symobols marked Inside the battery compartment.

l        Replace the battery cover.

CAUTIONS

●Always wear a heat resistant glove to touch the metal probe during or just after cooking.

●Keep the metal probe away from children.

●Sterilize the metal probe each time before probing it into the food preparation.

●DO NOT place the thermometers display in direct sunlight, or let it come in contact with moisture or hot surfaces.

●DO NOT use the thermometer in microwave-oven.

●DO NOT use a scouring pad or other abrasive sudstance to clean the stainless steel probe.
