测定白色和浅色鞋帮材料、鞋底材料、皮革、PU、织物等鞋用材料，对光线照射的耐黄变程度

Determination of white and light-colored upper materials, sole material, leather, PU, fabric and other shoe materials for the extent of anti-yellowing to light.

技术参数Techniques：

1.试验箱：内部尺寸50×50×60cm，镜面不锈钢制作

 Specimen box: inner size: 50 x 50 x 60cm, made by stainless steel.

2．内装太阳灯泡光源，发出的光线近似太阳光，光源：功率为300W、电压（220±10）V的灯泡，灯泡紫外线光波波长为（280～400）nm，并有部分可见光，灯泡紫外线强度为（25±0.4）W/m2，灯泡光源每次不间断工作3h～24h以上，必须质量稳定，使用寿命至少1100h。

Sun light bulb inside, emiting ray similar to sunlight, the light source; Power 300W, voltage (220 ± 10) V light bulb; bulb ultraviolet light wavelength is (280 ~ 400) nm, and some visible light, bulb ultraviolet light intensity is (25 ± 0.4) W/m2, bulb light workd uninterruptedly for more than 3h~4h each time, and must make quality stable, and the life using for at least 1100h.

3.箱内以热风循环式加热，温度～120℃可调（一般试验工作温度（50±2）℃）。

Heating for inner box with hot air circulation, temperature~120℃adjustable ( general test temperature（50±2）℃)

4.计时控制：到达设定的试验工作时间自动停机，0-99.99小时

Time control:  arriving the setting test working time, automatically shutdown, 0-99.99hours.

5. LCD数显温度，试验箱内温度控制在±2℃范围内。

LCD digital display temperature, temperature precise control within the range of±2℃for test box.

6.箱体为玻璃纤维保温层。

 Box is for glass fiber insulation layer.

7.试样架：由托盘、托盘支撑杆组成，并且可以调整试样放置的高度（试样离灯泡底距离为（250±2）mm），试样架下部装有旋转盘，带动托盘旋转以保证试样照射均匀。旋转盘尺寸Ф450mm，并标示Ф300mm和Ф75mm两个同心圆周位置。试样托盘转速0～50r/min可调（一般工作速度为（3±1）r/min）。

Sample frame: composed of the tray, tray supporting bar, and can adjust the height of the placed sample ( distance between sample and the bottom of bulb is (250 ± 2) mm), equiped with rotation disk on the lower part of sample frame, and drive to rotating tray to ensure irradiation of sample uniform.  Size of rotating disk isФ450mm, and markedФ300mm andФ75mm for location of two concentric circles. Sample tray speed is 0 ~ 50r/min adjustable ( general working speed is（3±1）r/min ).

8．配置观察窗：不透明（所有波长的光线投射率为0）薄片。尺寸至少20×20mm。

Equiped with observation window: Opaque sheet (light projected rate of all wavelengths is 0 )
