- The Magnetic Crack Detector with outputs upto 2500 Amps. should be specially designed for  used as a mobile unit.

-  It should be mounted on a wagon with two sturdy rubber wheel and a V rest. 

- The equipment should be easy to push around and manoeuvred into desire position by oneperson.

 - The equipment should be suitable for detecting all surface cracks and sub cracks upto a depth  

  of 6 mm in ferromagnetic objects on any shape and size.

- Demagnetization should be achieved by coil of prod method.

- Unit should be suitable for working on A.C. and HWDC as test currents..

- Rugged construction for reliable magnetic inspection.

-  Inspection can be done with dry as well as wet method.

- Equipment should be confirmed to international Specifications.

- Thyristorised self regulating current control with closed look feedback for compensation of  

  Voltage fluctuation, Electric resistance and prod placements.

- Thermal overload relay switch to be provided.

- Remote control option for convenience and productivity

- Equipment with two output ports of 230 V for attachment of backlight and AC/HWDC Yoke.

- Push button for automatic AC Demagnetization

- Provided with heay-duty bolt type connectors. Switch over from AC to HWDC should be

  manual.
